Foothills usually holds two worship services every Sunday, at 9:45am and 6:00pm. Everyone is welcome to attend either or both services.|
The morning service is preceded by a prayer meeting at 9:15am. The service usually features singing of contemporary and traditional songs and hymns, always includes the celebration of Communion (Lord's Supper), a free-will offering, and is concluded by a message from God's Word. During the message, pre-school children may be taken to the creche. School-age children may attend Sunday School (school term only). A mother's room is available at the rear of the auditorium.
Recordings of sermons may be downloaded for free.
The evening service tends to be a bit more informal than the morning service. It also features the singing of songs and hymns, may incorporate extended prayer and sharing, and is concluded by a message from God's Word.
Additional services are held on Good Friday, and Christmas Day. Check the Events Calendar for up-to-date details.
It's not just a preacher and worship leader - many people are needed to run the worship services each Sunday - singers, musicians, technicians, ushers and greeters, communion helpers, people who set up, people who clean up, you name it! If you would like to be involved, please come along and speak to one of the pastors or elders.
